Dariela Sosa

Dariela is an Italian-Venezuelan entrepreneur specializing in media and strategic communication. She is the founder, chair of the board, and former CEO of Arepita, an award-winning media outlet that blends journalism and creativity to provide reliable and relevant information to Venezuelans worldwide. In 2023, she introduced "Neither I Stayed, Nor I Left," an interactive performance about migration and identity, which was showcased in Madrid, Barcelona, and Buenos Aires. With 15 years of experience in media production, strategic communication, online engagement, and innovation, Dariela has worked as a TV and radio host, global crisis reporter, social impact mentor, and community-building consultant. She has collaborated with organizations like Univision, NTN24, and ICFJ, creating communities and distributing content that stimulates ideas, produces change, and empowers audiences. She holds a master's degree in public administration with a specialization in technology, media, and communications from Columbia University in New York and a degree in journalism from UCAB in Venezuela.
